Keto Beef and Broccoli Bake

I really enjoyed this super healthy keto friendly, beef and broccoli bake.

One thing I really loved is that it was perfect for leftovers and it would be a simple, easy meal to cook (my specialty!) for meal prep.

Keto Beef and Broccoli Bake Recipe

Keto Beef and Broccoli Ingredient List - 4 servings

  • 500 g broccoli - steamed

  • Two cups diced celery

  • 1/2 lb of ground beef

  • 14 ounces of tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp Cayenne pepper

  • 2 tbsp Garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 6 oz cheddar cheese - divided

  • 2 oz parmesan cheese

  • Sour cream (if desired)

Keto Beef and Broccoli Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grab a 9×13-inch glass baking dish or pan and set aside.

  2. Steam 500 g of broccoli

  3. Dice 2 cups of celery

  4. Brown the ground beef in a large non-stick frying pan - 3-4” deep.. Something deep enough so you can add in all the ingredients.

  5. Drain the grease from the ground beef and add in celery. Cook until celery softens.

  6. Add in 3 oz of cheese. Stir to combine.

  7. Add steamed broccoli and combine.

  8. Transfer the beef and broccoli mixture to the 9 x 13 pan.

  9. Top with remaining 3 oz of cheese and 2 oz of parmesan cheese.

  10. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly. Broil if necessary.

  11. Serve with sour cream if desired.
